Meet the Co-founder and CEO
Perla Ramirez-Groothuis
MS, LAC
Perla Ramirez-Groothuis is a dedicated behavioral health leader and substance-use treatment advocate based in Colorado. She serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Elevate Healthcare, a network of clinics focused on medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and mental health services.
She brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare leadership and addiction treatment and is passionate about expanding access to care statewide. Beyond her executive roles, Ramirez-Groothuis is also active in community initiatives — for example, she recently led a $30,000 donation from her clinic to support families at local Pueblo elementary schools.
